1. Delivery Timelines

• Cairo, Giza & Qalyubia: Super-fast delivery within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
• Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2 to 3 business days.
• Upper Egypt & Red Sea Governorates: 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Our progressive delivery fees scale based on order value:

• Standard Shipping Fee: 100 EGP for orders under 2,000 EGP.
• Free Shipping Target: Spend 2,000 EGP or more to unlock completely free shipping.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

To guarantee absolute authenticity, we permit customers to inspect the outer packaging and security seals of their supplements in front of the courier before making cash on delivery payments.
